Welcome to Elite Performance Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our storefront, enrolling in training programs, or purchasing digital or physical products, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Athletic Participation & Physical Activity Waiver
Vertical-jump and athletic-performance training involves strenuous physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By enrolling in any Elite Performance Academy program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are physically fit and capable of engaging in rigorous training exercises.
- Participation involves inherent risk of physical injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, and joint impact injuries.
- You should consult a physician before beginning any new training program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions.
- You release Elite Performance Academy and its founders and staff from liability for injuries sustained while following the program.
3. Content & Community Conduct
Users interacting with Elite Performance Academy content, comments, or community spaces are expected to uphold respectful, non-harassing conduct. Abusive behavior may result in removal from any associated community platform.
4. Enrollment & Payments
All program enrollments must be completed and paid in advance through our authorized platform checkout. Access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All training content, video material, and program curriculum are the property of Elite Performance Academy and may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
