1. Digital Training Programs
Due to immediate access granted upon purchase, Elite Performance Academy's digital training programs are generally non-refundable once the program has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your program, our support team will resolve them promptly.
2. Physical Merchandise Returns (30 Days)
Where physical apparel or gear is offered for sale, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a verified technical failure preventing program access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.
