1. Digital Program Cancellations
Because digital training programs grant immediate access to instructional content, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or pause your enrollment.
2. Subscription-Based Access
If your program is billed on a recurring basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until that date.
3. Technical Access Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased program due to a technical issue on our end, we will work to resolve it promptly or provide an appropriate resolution.
